Nematodes Storage

Nemasys products need to be refrigerated (not frozen) on receipt, as they contain Nematodes which are a living organism!

To ensure the life span of the Nematodes they are posted directly from the Nemasys manufacturer. Orders placed by 9pm on Tuesday are posted on a Thursday and will arrive with you Friday or Saturday. Orders placed after this time will be posted the following Thursday. Special instructions for delivery can be added at checkout.

Nematodes at this time cannot be delivered outside the UK.

Cancellations

Unfortunately Nematode orders cannot be cancelled once we have dispatched the order.

Returns

We do not accept returns of Nematode products.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please contact us if you recieve a faulty or damaged item.

Please contact us before returning an item. Please return items within 14 days to: Garden Warriors, 6 Parletts Barns, Madehurst, Arundel, BN18 0NL. 

Please allow up to 14 working days from the day that you return your order for us to process your exchange or refund.
